Contains: cereals and derivatives containing gluten (wheat), eggs and derivatives, milk and derivatives (including lactose). Possible traces of: crustaceans, fish, soy, nuts, celery and sulfur.

How to make: Pour the contents of an envelope into a container or in a shaker containing 70 ml of water, mix until complete dispersion, pour the mixture into a non-stick pan and cook for 1 to 3 minutes until you reach the desired consistency. Usage: 1 envelope per day.
